I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Orders are processed within 2-3 days and delivered within 2-8 days. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather or destination.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, Tea Time Boutique accepts exchanges, or returns for store credit, within 14 days of fulfillment. Store credit never expires and is issued once your return has been accepted.
Eligibility:
  • Items must be returned in the condition in which you received- unworn and unwashed with original tags attached or it will be subject to denial.
  • Items NOT eligible for returns or exchanges include all sale items.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We kindly ask that you inspect your items and notify us within 48 hours if you've received items that are damaged or defective so we may rectify the situation. We want you to love your items and will do our best to make it right! Please feel free to email us at info@teatimeboutique.co with any concerns regarding your order.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at admin@teatimeboutique.co. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
